Why do prices Change?

At ticket-taka.com, we list tickets provided by approved ticket specialists. This means that the availability and prices of the tickets are determined by market demand, and not by us. Additionally, the selling price may differ from the face value on the ticket, as these tickets are sold at “market value”. Therefore, if the event is in high demand, the selling price may be much higher than the face value on the ticket; however, if it is in low demand, the selling price may be lower than face value.

Are tickets guaranteed?

At ticket-taka.com, we provide a secure online marketplace and work with a small network of ticket specialists to ensure reliable service. Although we are not the seller of the tickets, we offer a 150% money back guarantee if you do not receive tickets for the seats you ordered in time for the match: 100% of your money will be refunded and you will receive a credit worth 50% of your original purchase towards another match.

Are tickets for home/away supporters?

For any event, unless stated otherwise, all tickets listed are for the home team section. If a ticket is simply listed as "Behind the Goal" or ”Longside," or any other category it will be for home team supporters. It is possible to purchase tickets for the visiting (away) team section, but these will specifically be labeled as such. Examples include "Visitors Section," "Liverpool Section," or "Away Seats." Ticket-taka.com reserves the right to cancel orders that appear to be made by away team supporters when tickets allocated for home team supporters only are purchased. Please note that this does not apply to matches played at neutral venues or stadiums, such as Champions League Final, Europa League Final, FA Cup Final, League Cup Final or World Cup events. In these cases, sellers typically indicate which end their allocations belong to. If there is no indication, it should be assumed that seats may be located in either end of the ground.

Are tickets sat together?

Unfortunately, tickets cannot always be guaranteed to be sat together. If you purchase 2 tickets, they will be sat together. For 3 or more tickets, they may be split into groupings of 2+1 near as possible / 2+2 / 2+3 / 4+2 etc. If you need all your tickets to be sat together, please contact our customer service hotline and a representative will assist you in finding the right tickets.

What is the exact seat location?

We understand your concern about the exact seat location of the tickets. However, ticket allocations are not confirmed to the suppliers in advance and you may only find generic descriptions (Behind the Goal, Longside, Away Section, vip, cat a / b / c and ect. ) on some listings. We suggest that you take a look at the venue maps or contact our customer service team for more clarification if you're unsure about the seating arrangements. The hierarchy of seats (worst to best) is Shortside Upper Tier (CAT D) , Shortside Lower Tier (CAT D+), Longside Upper Tier (CAT C), Longside Lower Tier (CAT A), VIP and hospitality categories. The seller reserves the right to upgrade customers seat(s) should the seat(s) they order become unavailable or in the event of seller default; however, tickets can never be downgraded without consent of the buyer or at an agreed discount.

When will I get my tickets?

We understand that you are excited to attend the football match and want to make sure that you receive your tickets as soon as possible. Please be advised that most tickets for events such as this will be released by the clubs in an electronic format such as PDF or Mobile Tickets, with regular physical tickets usually only available the week leading up to the event. You will be emailed once your tickets have been dispatched. USUALLY UP TO 24 HRS BEFORE THE EVENT BUT SOMETIMES UP TO 4 HRS.

Can I cancel a purchase?

Unfortunately, ticket-taka.com does not have an exchange, refund or cancellation policy unless an event is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled. However, if you are unable to attend the event that has been rescheduled, you may resell your tickets on our website in order to try to recover any losses.
