Refund Policy
Unfortunately, ticket-taka.com does not have an exchange, refund or cancellation policy unless an event is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled. However, if you are unable to attend the event that has been rescheduled, you may resell your tickets on our website in order to try to recover any losses.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event of a cancelled, we will automatically issue a refund for the face value of the ticket(s) and any associated fees. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date and we will not issue a refund.
Customer Requested Refunds

We do not offer exchanges for tickets. If you would like to attend a different event, please request a refund for your original tickets and purchase new tickets for the event of your choice.
